Chandigarh: Today, the Indian School of Business (ISB) celebrated the success of its students in the Advanced Management Programmes Class of 2024. A total of 180 students from the Advanced Management Programme in Public Policy (AMPPP), Advanced Management Programme for Healthcare (AMPH), Advanced Management Programme in Operations and Supply Chain (AMPOS), and Advanced Management Programme for Infrastructure (AMPI) were awarded certificates.
Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, Hon’ble Governor of Punjab, was the chief guest and presented certificates to the students. He lauded ISB for its mission to develop leaders for India who can make the nation self-reliant. Sharing his appreciation to the parents who encourage their children to take up such programmes, the Hon’ble Governor of Punjab also spoke about how the graduates should use their education to become job creators for the current and future generations.
Shri Rakesh Bharti Mittal, Chairman, ISB Mohali Campus Advisory Board and Vice-Chairman, Bharti Enterprises, addressed the graduates and advised them to go forward with purpose, pride, and determination to make a lasting impact in the world. He asked them to celebrate each day, leave pleasant memories, and be happy on the way during their life’s journey. He also called on the students to be the brand ambassadors of ISB not only within India but across the globe.
Professor Madan Pillutla, Dean, ISB, encouraged students to celebrate their achievements and use the privilege of ISB for the good of the people.
The graduation ceremony ended with the ceremonial hat toss by the jubilant graduating students as their families and friends cheered on. The Advanced Management Programmes at ISB are modular programmes for senior working professionals in the areas of healthcare, infrastructure, public policy, and operations and supply chain.
